Day 1: Arrival in Arusha, Tanzania

Welcome to Tanzania! Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport where your safari guide meets you. Transfer to your hotel in Arusha, a charming town nestled at the base of Mount Meru.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Best Time to Visit

  • Dry season (June to October, December to February): Ideal for both gorilla trekking and game viewing.
