Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi – The Safari Gateway

Your journey begins in Nairobi, Kenya’s vibrant capital. Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be met by a safari representative who will assist with your transfer to your hotel. Depending on arrival time, you may explore Nairobi’s attractions such as the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, Giraffe Centre, or Karen Blixen Museum. Settle in and prepare for the incredible journey ahead.

Day 2-3: Amboseli National Park – Beneath the Shadow of Kilimanjaro

Depart Nairobi early and head south to Amboseli National Park, famous for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro and large elephant herds. Enjoy two days of game drives across vast plains dotted with acacia trees and swamplands that attract a variety of wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and over 400 bird species.

Visit a Maasai village for an authentic encounter with Kenya’s most iconic tribe, learning about their traditions, crafts, and way of life.

Day 4-5: Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru – Rift Valley Lakes and Birdlife

Travel into the Great Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake fringed with papyrus. Enjoy a serene boat ride among hippos and watch African fish eagles soar overhead. Later, visit Crescent Island Game Sanctuary for a guided walking safari among giraffes, zebras, and antelope.

Continue to Lake Nakuru National Park, renowned for its vibrant birdlife and once-famous pink flamingo spectacle. The park also offers a chance to see both black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, and elusive leopards.

Day 6-9: Masai Mara Game Reserve – The Crown Jewel of Kenya’s Safari Circuit

Drive to the world-renowned Masai Mara, Kenya’s flagship park and the northern extension of the Serengeti ecosystem. The next four days are devoted to exploring this vast wilderness known for the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino), dramatic predator-prey interactions, and the legendary Great Migration (July–October), when over 1.5 million wildebeest and zebra cross the Mara River in search of greener pastures.

Embark on morning and afternoon game drives led by expert guides, and enjoy optional activities such as a hot air balloon safari at sunrise—a magical way to witness the Mara from above—or a visit to a local Maasai village.

Day 10: Return to Nairobi and Departure
